I think the media has created a distorted perception I find young people on the whole very good.However I know where your comming from. As an old bankstown boy I have to say mutliculturalism brought weapons and changed the aussie fighing culture of using fists and dont kick em when their down. Gee I remember seeing a guy get completely run threw with a knife in front of hundreds of witnesses.

Then there is the lack of police powers to deal with young offenders, they are almost immune to the law and thus has little or no respect.

Finally low life breeds low life. Dont have children if you dont intend to love then and teach them to be decent. I've seem some kicks with no chance in life because their parents when allowed to breed.

These are the ones we hear about in the media, not the majority of good proud young Aussies that I encounter daily.
