Could debate the merits on this subject forever. The Fundamental vs Technical debate has been going on for a century so I doubt I have anything new to add. Your comments on charts have been refuted many times with all sorts of evidence if you do some research. Or don't if they aren't your thing.

But they are looked at by many other market participants, and have been requested a number of times on this forum so they have their place.

I don't understand the quote "Other People Decision Making" and your comments around outsourcing research and outsmarting the next trader. Is that meant as I said it? Or something I do? I make enough of my own mistakes than having to worry about outsmarting or being outsmarted by someone else.
