Thats a bit unfair. Caruso has heaps of shares already and prevuously spent over $400k to exercise 40 cent options early to help the company when he didnt have to and has done his dough on that one.
Everyone is feeling the pinch now and just not the cash around that there was. There is only 20% of the stock outside of the top 20.
Having said that, a little bit of token buying by directors would be good for confidence right now.
