Fact is AVB is listed on the ASX. They have to follow ASX rules first and foremost and I'm not saying that they haven't.
Not telling shareholders about the mine opening when it was already in the Brazilian papers doesn't gel with the excuse. The big 4 shareholders knew about the mine opening.
The delay in telling shareholders that they had signed a second mining contract is not continuous disclosure and no doubt within the ASX rules.
The burning question is "Did any of the big 4 know about the second mine opening before the other shareholders?"
End of the day it doesn't make any real difference to retail shareholders. Being kept in the dark is one thing. Then there's the other.

You miss the point again, the share holders knew about the mine opening. What we wanted at the time was to see non share holders told about it in capital letters. ie PR.
