Cherry picked your argument there - but ill add a few things to balance.
Its actually about 1700kms from memory. But if Ivanhoe and Glencore can rail copper out of the DRC, then so can AVZ. They have the 3rd largest Tin deposit in the world also on their tenement, and will use that to offset their AISC (approx 1.7Bil worth currently). The mine will be powered by a Hydro Electric Plant down the road they have been given the rights to. AVZ will easily be the lowest cost Hard rock LI producer in the world once that is organized. They have also just signed the 1st of 6 lithium offtakes, and about to get Special Economic Zone tax breaks from the government. 4.5mt per annum plant looking to upscale to 10mt per annum in the future.
