The Sample Demonstration Plant has been operating successfully in Florida. See Ann below.
They could keep sending brine from Utah to Florida in order to keep the SDP running continuously. That would be #$%&@n stupid.
The intelligent thing to do is to set up the EXACT SAME SDP and use the SAME BRINE on location. That way they don't have to build a pipeline from Utah to Florida LOL or transport it long distance by other means.

THAT IS.... they are moving the SDP closer to the source of the brine, as opposed to having to continually transport the brine to the SDP.

SEE BELOW - don't gloss over it people - PLEASE read it thoroughly and digest the fantastic content in the Announcement .... THE SDP WORKS... IT'S PROVEN... same SDP, same BRINE, smarter on site location... SIMPLES.
