    Agreed on reporting and or ignoring of fellow posters it is a futile exercise and speaks more about the moderator and or the ignorant .......

    What would you like to discuss in terms of Title 7 its quite broad ?

    So the other peeps know Title 7 is separate to DOE-LPO IRA distribution but administered through the DOE-LPO in conjunction with the appropriate agencies .

    Narrow the topic a bit @OzBandit and happy to run with it from there .
