That is speculation Brucey .... There are equal if not greater risks with a unitary governance structure ..... but as I see it that can be discussed later by the Syrians. As I see it a short term patch up solution can ... if supported .... also lead to longer term discussions.
What is urgently needed now is UN monitoring of the cease fire.
