    Yes i agree even though we get some write downs for half yearly results in aus and u.s this doesn't reflect the actual operating performance of the company.This still remains profitable.

    There is a very good chance that dividends will be payed around June to August time; with cnp's share of the dividend more than likely used to service current cnp debt but cer holders are likely to see this as a positive with their proceeds straight into their pocket and the number i'm not sure but if distributions were made then i would be guessing the range being anywhere between 1.5 - 6 cents as a possibility or they risk being charged at the top marginal rate of roughly 45%+.

    It would make sense if cer were to declare a dividend at June 30 full year results as cnp could use as much as possible to service their monster debt.
