why assume 10% div ? , page-3

    I dont know why anyone is assuming a dividend at all? When they book the asset writedowns it will mean no profit for CER and hence no div'd distribution. I bought CER as 1) it is now fairly clear the bankers are going to let them survive and 2) even if they book 50% drop in asset due to revaluation, they are still probably worth 50-60 cents (not by next week, but certainly over the medium term). It's crazy to think they are going to pay a 6 cent dividend - very ill informed imo.
