why ASX?, page-6

This is only my opinion, but I have seen a lot of US companies starting to list on the ASX. There can only be a few reasons for this:

1 - Cost of the listing.
2 - ASX in my opinion is targeting these startups and doing a good job of advertising their brand over there.
3 - Aussie dollar is low, so I have to assume companies are finding it easier to get funding here, rather than in their own country; otherwise that would surely be their preference in this environment.
