Because the actions of the company have been questionable and in particular to do with company management trading shares and employee share plan.
I will never forget a comment Mike Turbott said to me when i was questioning him about his $500K salary....
He said " This is MY company", of course we all know he is wrong. It is also Nick Gastons and Terry Cuthbertsons.
