funny that they claimed that they were negotiating "terms" with the IP owner and some groups October last year and then they removed this from the last quarterly completely. also they changed "they are satisfied with the result" to "if it is proved to be efficient"...they are now at the corner, if they can't make the coal mining happen, no more story to tell...
