    if BRICS members would accept members of the white anglo countries into their fold.

    its a Russia/China reaction to the trade orgs that have sidelined Russia and China. India is opportunist and will trade with anyone. I note the influx of African states who want better trading terms and support from China, "who are so very generous".......
