The patent challenge was about the gun, not what was in it! That is why they lost the case. RenovaCare argued that their gun was unique therefore not impinging on Avita's patent of the ingredients spayed on the skin.
If RenovaCare is using a different solution, where are the trials proving it is safe and effective?
