    It'll be allright now the US has started vaccinating with their heavy duty J&J vaccine- it might be a little less effective than the European vaccines but they'll cover their population a lot quicker with the single dose, easily distributed product. Make things good enough, then get them quickly across the available market has been a hallmark of US production for the last few centuries.

    Then the US hospital system will be freed up soon for other procedures, including those that use AVH products.
