Also, fully diluted market cap (including performance shares) of $30M at 4 cents. Its really cheap for a bio-tech with a completely unique, simple & necessary product.
BD1 has not just a long-shot cure for cancer or some similar long-shot bio-tech idea.
It is simple, inexpensive &, most importantly, disruptive technology (thus if successful, cannot & will not be blocked & threatened by Big-Pharma, who have the power to block competition).
Its a classic bio-tech with relatively small R&D capital requirement & big lucrative reward potential.
For a bio-tech, it is potential low-risk high-reward.
If for just short-term trading purposes, its cheap enough to get on-board for news flow.
That is why we are already 50% up since Anton called it.
