The question you need to have answered is:
1. What age group did he teach
2. Where did he teach
3. What qualifications were required for him to be able to teach.
I think I will come back as a Montessori dance teacher. No homework to assess, no degree necessary, etc. Yet they are paid as teachers. Go figure.....
