Why be listed on the ASX

As you are aware, I am not a fan of JCurve, never worked for them, never been a customer but as an ERP veteran I am aware of their capabilities but my question why be listed on the ASX? As a holder you are faced with a stock that trades on very low volumes, currently only 6 trades in at the moment to buy at just over $30k.

For me the only benefit they get is a marketing angle that could make them look more successful by being listed, I am sure the money spent on being listed on the ASX could be better spent on developing their products, marketing or snapping up smaller Netsuite partners.

I doubt that being on the stock market would help them with a capital raising due to low trading volumes, once you are in this stock it will be hard to get out is my view point, look at the disparity between the buy trade (0.033 cents) and the sell trade (0.059 cents)

In my view, JCurve being listed is for vanity rather than any other business decision.
