    The Constitution is our supreme law of the land.

    We have inherited Magna Carta and other british law and custom, but there is nothing that cannot be changed by the people via referendum, or by the parliament if it is lawful for them to do so.

    The high court has already decided that long ago.

    There is no enduring or binding law that exists in Australia, like it does in the UK.
