I am a little uneasy about this choice of venue/country for the AGM.
Surely this is unsettling to shareholders who want to ask a few hard questions of management.
Is it an unnecessary cost to shareholders to put its management on a trip to Bermuda?
What and why are they hiding the AGM in Bermuda for?
I for one think they are trying to hide away from the heat of shareholder backlash and may also be about to drop a bombshell on us. I just cant see any feasible reason why they would expense a lavish AGM in such a distant location.
I don't like the sounds of this and it was my immediate reaction to reading the AGM location.
Are there any benefits to shareholders by holding the AGM in Bermuda?
