    NKP's lawyers in Bermuda can co-ordinate meeting and take minutes etc. Little cost to the company as i do not believe directors need to attend in person.

    shareholders are always free to attend Bermuda location have a swim then sit in the conference room and ask questions.

    Maybe shareholders in Aquarius can confirm the above practice as they too have their AGM in Bernmuda I recall.
