Rightly or wrongly I base my investment decisions on my own research, assumptions and their inputs. So I doubt I would be influenced enough to invest in BFC (at this time and given its existing arrangements) by management's responses to the questions I posed in my previous post.

Please feel free to e-mail the questions to BFC. I read in the prospectus that BFC management welcome communication from its shareholders; and as I stated in a previous thread BFC is not owned by the Board of BFC, it is owned by all its shareholders. You have a right to enquire and satisfy your own concerns regarding matters that relate to your ownership in BFC.

Good luck in your enquiries. My own past experience of obtaining a satisfactory response from other public companies has been enlightening and at other times opaque at best – especially in matters related to financial arrangements. Still the benefit of such enquiry at least provides you (the shareholder) with some inkling into how capable management are in matters of disclosure.
