    Destroy credibilty as being desperados running the show. If they fail people think what is the next piece of crap they want to over pay for. Being distracted from running their own mines. To busy window shopping.

    If they win the bidding war they over paid. They destroyed their own equity. They will get busy trying to fix another mine.

    It's become a clown show.
