IRESS says that 243,787 shares in PXS traded during match out in 7 trades. This could be One guy wanted 250,000 shares and came in at 99c and 243,787 got done or it could have been multiple buyers wanting to match out on Friday.
I don't have access to historical order books so I don't know the bid volume on 99c (if any) as of Friday.
All up treading behaviour like this is not unusual and could mean anything.
