    good story in the fin review today suggesting that biotechs could soon recover ... says the us is already on the up and our companies could soon follow. says some small bios have good pipeline and enough cash to see it thorugh (hmm, prr, slt, pbi) .. what's needed is a blockbuster to get the ball rolling.

    also says ''green investors have been bailing, while the more experienced have started to buy''
