People will go to the grave with motgages over their heads now IMHO. Have you seen how hard they've been pushing the reverse mortgages lately. Not satisfied with enticing people to pay twice the value of their house in interest, they want you to give the house back to them when you die too lol. I agree the future of this country(and potentially all others) is in funding research.
