the reason for the cash increase is not because of making half of all users to make first payment upfront. They only introduced that around 1 April for Australia Online. The reason is actually as the previous poster alluded to due to seasonality of March quarter compared to December quarter. But you are right, by making half of all users to pay 25% upfront will further increase their cash position coming 30 June.
