It is not hard to find reasons for the lack of interest in REY.
Two major issues stand in the way of a mining licence; native title agreement and environmental clearance. Potential investors will delay their purchases until these issues are cleared.
With the delay in obtaining the mining licence, further capital raisings are expected, depressing the SP.
With AFA now a cornerstone investor, the takeover premium for a GNM takeover is lost. People holding for a takeover will be selling their shares.
The fear of GNM selling out has increased due to the lost of the takeover opportunity. This fear will drive some people to sell.
