    I hope you read this. Do you know the main dream of the female founder of ASF is to find and develop an oil and gas
    Reserve in WA Australia.

    Could this be part of their reason for buying into REY, paying a premium, and getting seats on the board with their 22.5%. They are an adjoining company to REY in WA and would know just which companies are all around them and the o&g value.

    Seems REY are not that interested in the oil and gas side, but if ASF were, they could push to have it developed.

    Only problem is, ASF would have a certain percentage in it which would water down RAY's 10% stake.
