hello, everybody, I 'm so suspious when btv announce ATW deal, why does the share price not go up? It's supposed at least 0.12, we just finished share purchase plan at 0.11, if ATW deal can go through, they will have 3m cash, why need rights issue? What they are going to buy? let shareholders know! Why make 12m share placement to sophisticated investors? So cheap! Melbourne capitial is not good enough because when they take placement after share price always below the placement price. btv's directors must be like other Co. should give name of the sophisticated investors.Ok, if they can move share price high, we don't mind. but we see the share price with dropping down, why not let's finish ATW first, and step by step. I think this management got seious problem, long-term shareholders pay 0.11, someone pay so cheap, is it necessary? This means directors never care shareholders, this shareprice may be never go high, why we stick with it? All we are doing something to get rid of the directors, otherwise next right issue would be 0.05. People who judge the management only see share-price, good one goes up, bad one goes down.I wish my opinion is wrong. Please Do your own reseach!
