The report covers the financial years 19 and 20, and it is not in there. Perhaps, as a part payment, there was an outgoing of $15.596m in FY2019. Zero for FY 2020. I assume, a signing of an agreement, does not translate into cash flows in full immediately. By the same token, if those $15.6m were for payment of Deloraine, then another $20m have to be found to pay for the remainder in the future. Hmmm, that does not improve the outlook in terms of cash flow.

Confused now.
