You're right, you could drill those areas EIA thinks prospective for years. It's a huge area.
However this was what I was saying; Buru has already drilled the leads and prospects on their own tenements which are shown inside EIA's prospective areas. So they know the most prospective area, and therefore they are now buying 90% petroleum rights of REY's tenements. There is not much to buy anymore in Canning other than Backreef's tenements in Gregory Trough IMO.
So REY's 10% petrouleum rights are very valuable.
