Soon as the locals realised nickle mining could start again they tripled the housing price.
Far as I know none have sold at the new prices. Just about all of Greenvale was forsale with brick 3br houses around the $60k mark. I see some blocks of land around $20k.
Greenvale is in the middle of nowhere. Three rivers hotel and a service station make up the shopping area. Its a popular stop over for caravaners from the southern states. Before AUZ came along the locals would just about pay you to move there LoL
