    The recap set the ceiling limit on the stock at $1.50. Without the recap announcement, perhaps maybe the stock could have gone above and beyond $1.50 after the Tokyo announcement. Who knows.. NTA is currently at $4.03 and expected to rise.

    i hold 1.25% but if 30 of us band together we could stop this cheap recap, and demand a better price.
