I currently hold 100,000 units.. and will be voting NO and I encourage others to do the same.. we need to put pressure on management. It is ridiculous to have something worth almost $50, 5 years ago and now selling it for $1.50, long term and long suffering shareholders deserve better than $1.50
If management want to liquidate the assets, so be it.. we’ll probably end up getting return worth more than $2.00 if the asset is liquidated sometime middle of next year.
Remember real estate in Japan is on the rise, not down. So don't sell out too cheaply.
