JCS management is definitely putting in a big effort to reduce costs. When you see an announcement say that they're changing auditors because they looked for, and found, a cheaper auditor, or see that they hold their AGM in company offices (previous management held it at hotels, such as the Hilton), you can't ask for more as shareholders. It's great to see management that doesn't spend company's funds (aka shareholders money) like they came from an endless ATM machine.
Fairly comfortable with my small JCS holding. If they can deliver a $500k profit next year, and software sales rise, I would definitely consider turning that holding into something more substantial, if the share price remains at current levels.
(note: my sentiment is SPEC BUY, but putting it as none to be safe, since there is no speculative buy option)
