Actually, I suggest there could be a backlash to this offer if it creates severe dilution - as per comments in HC.
I hope its a error (in which case some damage has already been done!); if its not, then I we will have to see what the acceptances are, how much would be raised, how those funds would be deployed and how SH value would be enhanced.
On the face of it right now, I would be inclined not to approve this offer at an AGM/EGM.
