i have no doubt they have timed this to try and make the offer MORE appealing to BON holders. If you accept by 12 June you are eligible to participate in discounted shares. However it can easily backfire as the share price drops, so does the equivalent offer. MAK has been hovering around 55c, its now 49c. I think this sums up the opinion at the moment. Not a good move imo.
