    Why would they even consider paying a dividend at this stage of their lifecycle?
    The earnings of SAE as an emerging producer need to be redirected back into their projects to ensure future growth.
    Would you rather an emerging oiler pay a paultry dividend or grow into a sustainable company with multiple revenue streams?
