2nd - monitor China pollutions levels to see if they are really getting back to work. In my opinion, yes.

Here's a snapshot as at 10pm in China. Lots of people driving about (using oil), factories going, heating systems running on gas/coal etc....it normally looks 4x like this at peak times during the day....if it's this good at 10pm (bad - hypothetically speaking) then they are really starting to move the country again...
