So you can take Italy's death rate of 9% and divide it by anywhere from 5 - 10. I'd say more like 10 given the high population per sqm.
Germany's 2017 influenza season had a death rate of about 0.3% which is on par to what they are experiencing now. So far they are at 94 deaths compared with 25,100 in 2017.
