I agree, it'snot a good time for OXR to buy. With USAs subprime whoes and heading into possible stagflation, there may be a recorrection in market valuations.

Better to wait at least 6 months before making a move. Currently there is too much talk of continued volatility.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the world is going through this turmoil so that we can all act independant of Americas economic influence.
