Calling administrator was the right thing to do for AFG...check out its asset to liability ratio was 3.4:4.7. can't believe how they managed to destroy a sound company within two years.
CNP is next one to go and is currently at 20.6:16.4.
TSO is the next in the AREIT sector.
A/L ratio of 2 or higher may survive.
Before you question me, look at the ratios for GPT and GMG. They raised cash for a reason.
