I read with interest in todays FR, in relation to ABC Learning, that the administrator may challenge repayments made to the banks in the last 6 months on the grounds of "undue preference". If sucessful the banks would have to forgo repayments received and they would revert to the pot to be divided between all creditors acording to the established rules of precidence.


I note that Allco repaid $78.3M to the banks on 30May08 inside the relavant 6 months prior to appointment of recievers. I wonder if the administrators will have grounds to challenge that?
