    Lol they didn't bother to mention negative gearing in that article, what a comprehensive analysis.

    Let's see - Canada, Australia, both have negative gearing. The only two major economies that have it to my knowledge. Some of the few (only?) regions whose property markets have remained resilient. It this just pure coincidence? I know this doesn't establish causality, but at a minimum surely it's worth a mention.
