Hmmm...lets see I just went onto a property website for Toronto and have found 3 bedroom houses with 2 bathrooms out in the suburbs for under $290,000. Now I'll be nice tcisboss, lets compare a 3 bedroom house in a dump like Bankstown....HMMM look at this $489,000. That fits into my 30% drop still doesn't it?? Is that good enough research?
