Agreed, the Faire and Tundra sales channels seem to be working really well. What’s interesting is the direct to consumer reviews are a lot less positive, if you look at TrustPilot and Amazon the feedback is pretty varied with a lot of complaints- many of them recent.
I don’t think they’ve quite nailed the retail side of the business yet, which explains why they are now looking to launch the new website allowing retail customers to order direct without an ongoing subscription. I’m not overly concerned about the mixed reviews on TrustPilot and Amazon, people like to whinge and every consumer business is going to have this to some extent. What’s good is CLB’s customer service staff seem to be very active on TP offering refunds etc for dissatisfied customers which is important for the brand IMO.
