There’s another ~100m of options by my count including 70m CLBO but they need to be exercised (= $ coming in to fund growth), and many are out of the $ and may never be in the $. But for arguments sake, say they are all exercised - that gives you issued share capital of 350m ish. If the company reaches profitability shortly they won’t need to raise again so what’s your point exactly?

Interesting you decide to choose OSP as the only example. I'm sure the next examples you'll give would be DVL and ESK LOL. You should read up on this something called the "Survivorship Bias".
