Why all this FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt). We know they have to drill sometime this year, they have the money to do it. They have had a lot of time to organize a rig and have said they have a rig available. The time frame of when they drill may depend on who is paying, JV partner or MEO. It is quite a few months away so does the company saying its going to be Aug the 7th as opposed to Aug the 9th mean anything. And given the constant demand for drill rigs they may not want to declare who they are going with because they may still be shopping around for a better deal.

The level of mistrust and blame of management does seem a little excessive at times.
